Steps For Consignment
1. Item Approval
To begin the consignment process, all items must be approved by our team. Approval can be obtained by emailing photos of your furniture to us or by bringing photos into our store and reviewing them with us in person.
2. Delivery or Drop-Off
Once your items are approved, we will coordinate a date and time for them to be brought into the store. You may drop off your items yourself, or arrange for pickup through the local delivery company we work with, or any delivery service of your choosing.
3. Pricing & Consignment Terms
We work directly with you to establish a fair and reasonable price for your items. Our goal is to ensure you receive the most value while also pricing your pieces strategically to encourage a timely sale.
4. Marketing & Sale
From there, we take care of everything. Your items are professionally displayed, marketed, and advertised to ensure maximum exposure and the fastest possible sale.
5. Payout
Consignors are paid on the 15th of each month. If your item sells in January, you will receive your payment by check on February 15th.
